Transfer Ownership
The team owner is the sole owner of the team and is the only one who can access billing information, add administrator members, and transfer the ownership of a team to another member.

Transferring the ownership of your team can be used in the following scenarios:
- You need to change the e-mail address of the owner of your team.
- You are resigning from the organization and need to assign another employee as the owner of the team.
Who can transfer the ownership of a team?
The only person who can transfer the ownership of a team is the actual owner of the team.
What would I do if the owner of our team left the company?
If you have access the the e-mail account that was used for the owner you can ask for a new password here: my.playsignage.com
If you do not have access to the e-mail account we'll need the owner or a member of the board of your organization to reach out by e-mail. Send an e-mail to invoice@playsignage.com, identify who you are and who you'd like the new owner of the team to be.
